✅ Eligibility for Replacement

We provide replacements only for physically damaged or defective items. To request a replacement, please ensure:

✔️ Unboxing video is mandatory – The video must be continuous and clearly show the package being opened and the damage.
✔️ Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
✔️ The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
✔️ Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
✔️ Sale items are not eligible for replacement.


📌 What Qualifies as Damage?

  • Visible cracks, breakage, or missing parts

  • Manufacturing defects affecting functionality
