Return Policy:

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please whatsapp / Call us @ +91-9603996664 mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

How Do I Cancel An Order On FlamingoGifts.In?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 1 hour of placing the order through the call or through the mail because we try our best to dispatch it as soon as possible. For outright cancellations by you: At flamingogifts.in we make customized products once the said products are being triggered from the customer end, we start processing the same as per the guidelines. The only possibility is if the product has not been started off and your luck has favoured upon you then chances to re-customize increases, for it just drop a WhatsApp +91-9603996664 along with your order id.

Warranty & Support:

1 Year Warranty on all products. If there is any electronic defect, write to us to flamingoads.in@gmail.com with order details and nature of defect.

If approved, you can send the product back to our warehouse. We will repair/replace the part and send it back to you for free. Only shipping charges will have to be borne by customer.

Refund Policy:

After the product has been cancelled then the money would be transferred to your account in minimum 4-5 working days with deduction of 10% of the amount you have paid.

 

If there is a Manufacturing Defect/Damage in Transit:

Should be reported to us immediately on the same day after you’ve received the product, the product will not be eligible for replacement if Flamingo Gifts is notified after a long period except a genuine case.

 

Shipping & Delivery time:

The estimated delivery time for all product based on pincode is available on all product pages. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time based on the TAT given by the courier partner. This can be affected by weather conditions in delivery state or in transit, flight off load or incomplete address. If your shipment is delayed, please contact us. We will escalate it with the courier partner and get this delivered. For 90% of our orders we use the fastest courier in the country – Delhivery.

Personalized products:

For personalized products, if customization details are not received as required it can cause delay in your order delivery. For name plates, if the design is not approved same day, it can add delay to the delivery time.

Please note that we do not accept cancellation/returns based on delays in delivery for above cited reasons. The estimated delivery time is indicative and for more than 95% of our orders, we deliver before or on that date.
